Interdisciplinary Data Integration

PhytoIntegrate

Overview

The PhytoIntegrate initiative focuses on creating a comprehensive data integration platform that combines data from different “omics” areas (genomics, proteomics, metabolomics) with environmental and physical measurements.

This platform uses advanced algorithms and machine learning to identify complex patterns and correlations in large data sets.

The aim is to develop a holistic picture of plant life processes that provides new insights into the adaptation and response mechanisms of plants and thus contributes to the advancement of Botanical Simulation Science.
